Job Summary
Will be responsible to ensure the compliance of the purchasing adminstrative process of the procurement to pay process. Check the reason why there is invoice discrepancies with PO or invoices without PO's and take the necessary actions by contacting internal stakeholders or directly the supplier to solve the issues. Runs reports of the procurement to pay process in a daily basis. Ensure that PO creators follow the PO creation compliance rules and analyse root cause analysis of the repetitive erros of the procurement to pay process.

Manages the entry of materials and exit of finished products in the warehouse;
Oversees overall plant compliance with quality requirements, and acts as the main point of contact at the plant for quality matters, including collaborating with the Plant Manager and the client to manage quality information, maintaining records for future audits;
Ensures FIFO compliance by visually inspecting raw materials to verify their condition and proper rotation;
Manages and ensures compliance with product-related quality standards in all quality management system and documents completed by operators or suppliers, verifying that they are accurately filled out;
Reports to the National Quality Manager on various quality metrics of the group;
Conducts audits and participates in audit activities together with the Plant Manager.
